– If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Services
– Our services are guaranteed to be performed with the highest standards of quality and professionalism. If there is an issue with a service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will make every effort to correct the problem at no additional cost.

Warranty

Laptops and Desktops
– New laptops and desktops come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Please refer to the specific warranty terms provided by the manufacturer.
– For refurbished laptops and desktops, Rational Technologies offers a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Printers and Networking Equipment
– New printers and networking equipment come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which usually covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Specific terms can be found in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.
– For any issues arising within the warranty period, we will facilitate repairs or replacements as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.

CCTV Systems
– CCTV systems purchased from Rational Technologies come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes the camera units, recording devices, and associated hardware.
– Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period, and we will repair or replace the defective components at no additional cost.

Exclusions

The limited guarantee and warranty do not cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
– Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
– Consumable parts such as printer cartridges (excluding those refilled by Rational Technologies within the specified period).
